You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. eejj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify eejj immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
eejj reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any other breach of these Terms.
All financial transactions on the eejj Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). eejj does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is offered.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by channel and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. eejj does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, for which eejj bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the eejj account. eejj reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
eejj does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Deposits made via credit card will be declined.
eejj may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by eejj will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
eejj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be notified of material changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eejj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
eejj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eejj makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, eejj's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall eejj's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eejj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
eejj collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and eejj, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting eejj's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent eejj from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
